Kennel workers needed for a fun and popular rural pet resort.
Well established boarding facility with daycare seeking enthusiastic hard-worker to join our team! Must be able to work as part of a team, as well as individually. Must love dogs and cats, experience with animals a plus. Reliable transportation. Must be dependable to meet schedule. We are open 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You must be able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends and some holidays. Starting salary $11.00 and up based on experience.
You must be reliable and on time. The position involves taking care of dogs and cats: feeding, cleaning and disinfecting runs and kennels, medicating, bathing, supervising dogs at play to ensure they are safe and secure, proactively preventing injury, positively interacting with the animals and their owners.
The job includes having to physically control large dogs and work in the heat, cold and rain with a good attitude, getting dirty and working as a team player.
